"We only have one car right now and that is our Kia Sportage. The car had to be towed and was in the lot for a few hours. When I spoke to Donnie from All American Towing, he was accommodating and cordial. He understood our circumstances of needing the car right away. He told us the price if it stayed overnight or if we get the car right away. Donnie answered the phone every time when I called him with any questions I had. I was not available to pick up the car at the time and had to ask my cousin in law to get the car. Donnie came out to meet him, he gave him his proper identification and mine, and the insurance information, and funds. He called me on video so he can see who I was on my identification. My cousin in law got the car out and we were happy in how everything was handled flawlessly to get our car out the lot. Thank you Donnie from All American Towing!"

"My truck was towed when my boyfriend was driving it. They were closed today for memorial day, but still agreed to meet me there so I could retrieve it. Great service and very appreciated"
